Iguassu falls, by night and day
A recent trip to the Iguassu falls, where the full moon made a lunar rainbow in the permanent mist around the falls, was a bookend to a remarkable year.
Great picture, think about submitting it to APOD (Astronomy Picture of the Day). They post earth-based photos, in addition to the stars.
